Certwood Ltd is a 'Technical Plastic Injection moulding' Company manufacturing complex plastic components for the automotive industry and 'Storsystem' plastic storage trays, metal racking & wood furniture storage systems for Healthcare, Education and Industrial applications.
Formed in 1986 and based in Luton, Bedfordshire, Certwood operates from a modern production facility combined with satellite warehousing in total exceeding 80,000 sq ft. State of the art moulding machines, robotic product handling and focused customer satisfaction places the Company at the forefront of the Plastic Injection moulding industry.

Technical Injection Moulding

Certwood specialise in technical complex plastic injection moulding for a number of ‘Blue Chip Company’ industrial applications and with a particular focus on automotive products. Certwood automotive products manufacture includes parts for interior cabin - seating components & dashboard, under bonnet engine bay products and exterior body - front / rear lighting assemblies. The Company holds Tier one & Tier two automotive supply status.

Storsystem Range

Certwood's 'Storsystem' is a comprehensive range of storage products available in the UK. Certwood plastic storage trays are manufactured from either toughened High Impact Polystyrene or ABS and are proven 8 times stronger than other trays manufactured from TFPP.
All Certwood metal tray racks and wood tray storage units incorporate the new 'Glide & Tilt' tray runner module providing safe storage of trays and easy access to tray contents. The unique features of the 'Glide & Tilt tray runner module eliminate tray 'fall thru' and allow for trays to stop in an angled open position without falling from the storage unit.
Plastic storage trays and storage systems are sold widely into healthcare, education and industry throughout the world.
