Since 1986, Certwood has worked with many of the largest names in the automotive industry, manufacturing and supplying parts for some of the world's most elite cars.
Certwood has many years experience supplying plastic injection mouldings & assemblies either directly to OEM’s as a tier 1 supplier or alternatively as a tier 2 partner to a number of the worlds leading automotive component suppliers. Our manufacturing process and plant efficiency has built a reputation of reliability and trust.
Fully aware of the exacting requirements of the industry, Certwood has delivered millions of components either on a JIT or sequenced basis. Certwood works in line with the Automotive quality standard IATF 16949:2016.
Manufacturing in a wide range of engineering thermoplastic materials we have both moulded and supplied parts such as:
- Interior trim and dashboard components.
- Seat mouldings front and rear.
- Lighting and under bonnet components.
- Exterior trim.
Certwood now has 20 technical injection moulding machines ranging from 50 tonnes to 900 tonnes, all fitted with either 3 axis or 6 axis robots providing industry-leading technology and efficiency.
